To add to the punch card idea, why not encourage customers to reuse their coffee cup sleeve. The sleeve could become the punch/stamp card.

I'm a big coffee drinker and so are my co-workers... your coffee is GREAT (way better than Starbucks). How about a punch card --- buy 5, get the 6th free or refills at 1/2 price or free!?! Just a suggestion...  |
